This design project for Rituals is an online magazine that serves as the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) of the company. The goal of the magazine is to inspire and inform current and new employees about Rituals' values and culture. The magazine includes important assets such as social media posts, templates for job vacancies, and other documents that employees can download.

The magazine should be an indicator of how Rituals, as an employer, wants to awaken the true potential of its employees by following four pillars: culture, growth, teamwork, and wellbeing. Rituals has asked H5mag to design and built the magazine. My role was both designing and building the magazine in the H5mag platform.
